Nice location, friendly staff, clean room

Good pricing at a great location! Staff were very friendly. They offer a $10 voucher per night if you skip Room refresh, which is a great initiative. We received a $30 vouchers in our 5-night stay at the time of checkout, which could be used for the hotel breakfast / vending machine/ minibar drinks.

The hotel renovated, clean and comfortable. They provided all you need on holiday. We got a room at the end of the corridor and quiet, it’s very good for a light sleepers as my husband and my daughter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to make a surprise for our daughter for her birthday on our holiday. They always gave extra miles to help us during our holiday (We are so sorry if we caused you any troubles with storing the cake and bike present for our daughter). The receptionists always welcome you with a smile and provide any information that you need. One thing that touched our hearts was the waitress at the restaurant on Monday’s night on 26/8 (sorry, we didn’t get her name) who made my daughter’s birthday celebration night unforgettable. She is a lovely hard-working lady, nice, kind and very sweet person, good with kids too. She knows exactly our needs and helped us with organising plates for birthday cake. We even make friends with the guests who were having dinner at the restaurant that night. They shared and enjoyed the birthday celebration with us. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone! Especially family group as they have the park opposite to the hotel. Thank you so much! Hope to stay with your hotel again in the future.

The Terrace has excellent facilities and a very good value restaurant. The location is on the fringe of the CBD, has a very large parkland across the road and is close to trams and buses. The rooms are large and quiet. The restaurant closes at 8.30 pm but there is a kiosk offering drinks and healthy food / snack options. Check in / out options; late or early due to 24 hour reception and a self check out option.

Convenient location and the price was reasonable. Front desk staff were very lovely
